* Support M&A transactions, from due diligence to closing;
* Work on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters;
* Assist in other areas within the legal department, ensuring compliance and risk management.
Profile
* 3 to 7 years of experience in M&A, corporate law, or related areas;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional language skills are a plus).
