Role Purpose
* The Digital Solution Lead will oversee the design and implementation of IFS (our ERP) solutions for a specific functional domain (ie: AM or SCM or FIN or HSSEQ or …) within our organization.
* He / She will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that align with organizational strategy and priorities.
* The DigitalSolution Lead will also be responsible for the quality of the implementation and ensuring that it is properly configured and integrated with other enterprise systems.
Role Contribution
* Lead cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design IFS solutions that align with organizational strategy and priorities
* Interface with IFS Service Delivery Team and Solution Architect for proper design and implementation
* Develop and maintain project plans and timelines for IFS solution implementation
* Manage the configuration, testing, and deployment of IFS solutions
* Ensure that IFS solutions are properly integrated with other enterprise systems and adhere to applicable standards and regulations
* Coordinate resolution of escalated incidents and implementation of Change requests
* Monitor and Report progress on Change requests within the respective functional area
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for IFS solution-related issues and inquiries
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and end-users
* Continuously evaluate and optimize IFS solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Interact with IFS Solution providers and other External partners
* Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users and other stakeholders
* Stay up-to-date with emerging IFS solution trends and technologies
Role Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions (IFS is preferred)
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven experience leading implementations in ERP solutions (IFS is preferred) in an international company
* Knowledge of ERP systems and processes and methodologies (IFS is preferred)
* Experience with IFS implementation tools and technologies or similar
* Functional knowledge in the respective domain (AM or SCM or FIN or HSSE)
* Excellent project management, reporting, organizational, and communication skills
* Excellent communication in English both verbal and written
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
