Job Opportunity for a Skilled Driver
As a professional driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, and buses. Your primary task will be to transport clients to and from their desired locations in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a range of vehicles with precision and care
* Ensure punctual arrival and departure of clients at their destinations
* Maintain adherence to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
* Regularly inspect and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle
* Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents to the relevant authorities
* Provide assistance to clients with loading and unloading their belongings as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid driver's license for the appropriate class of vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional driver
* Excellent driving record with no major infractions or accidents
* Detailed knowledge of local traffic laws and routes in Funchal, Madeira
* Effective communication skills in English (Portuguese knowledge is an asset)
* Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects if required
