As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Offer solutions to customers that need assistance with financial and credit card services
* Provide customer service through phone communication
* Enrich customer experience by listening attentively to their needs and concerns, aiming for first call resolution when possible
* Build meaningful relationships, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
* Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
* Native or proficient level of French (C2)(mandatory)
* Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written(mandatory)
* Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
* A motivated and enthusiastic personality
* Commercial behavior
* Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
* Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
* Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
* Able to follow guidelines and instructions
* Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
* Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
* Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
* Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to sunny Lisbon, Portugal (work on site)
