Job Description:
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, mapping, and improving marketing processes to drive efficiency and maximize ROI. You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing Heads, Marketing Teams, Finance, and Procurement to identify process inefficiencies, design and implement solutions, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree is a plus)
* 3+ years of experience in budget management, financial planning, or business analysis, ideally within a marketing or commercial environment
* Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and marketing budgeting processes
* Proven experience managing multiple projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning to execution and completion
* Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with experience using data management and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
* AI, RPA, and Automation tools experience, like Power Automate
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint)
