We are looking for an Amazing:
Senior ServiceNow Application Developer – Remote (Portugal)
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience building, optimizing, and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform. This role is fully focused on end-to-end development, advanced scripting, integrations, and application architecture.
What You Will Do
* Develop and enhance scoped applications, flows, automation, and platform customizations.
* Build and maintain integrations (REST, SOAP, Scripted APIs, MID Server).
* Create and optimize Service Portal components (widgets, UI pages).
* Implement secure and scalable solutions using ACLs, roles, and governance best practices.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure high platform performance.
* Contribute to CI/CD, ATF, code quality, and version control (Git).
* Collaborate with architects and guide junior developers when needed.
What You Need
* 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience .
* Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD or App Engine / Scoped Apps.
* Solid understanding of architecture, performance optimization, and platform best practices.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a distributed team.
* Fluency in English.
Certifications
* CSA – required
* CAD – strongly preferred
* 1+ CIS (ITSM, HR, CSM, or ITOM) – preferred
* CTA – nice to have
