We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager | Procurement
to lead strategic initiatives within our Procurement function. This role will be responsible for driving the evolution of Procurement into a structured, value-driven organization, implementing best practices, and ensuring measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of Purchasing into a structured, value-driven Procurement function.
Implement strategic processes such as
Input Cost Guidance, Budgeting, Value Line Contracts, and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) initiatives
.
Oversee deployment of
supplier platforms, Source-to-Pay solutions, and cost savings/avoidance tracking systems
.
Manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects in collaboration with Supply Chain teams and external partners.
Define and implement
Procurement KPIs, growth forecasts, targets, and resource allocation plans
.
Develop formal
bidding methodologies and communication strategies
to strengthen Procurement's role.
Apply
agile methodologies
(e.g., Kanban, visual management tools) tailored to Procurement needs.
Establish supplier
risk analysis and management frameworks
for critical materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
(Master's a plus).
5–8 years of experience
in Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain transformation.
Proven track record of
leading large-scale procurement projects and implementing digital tools
.
Certification in
Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
preferred.
Experience with
SRM, Source-to-Pay, and procurement digitalization platforms
is an advantage.
Location:
Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite).
