Committed to sustainability (Ecovadis Silver), diversity (gender index: 94), security (ISO27001) and quality of work life, Quanteam is a forward-thinking enterprise.Our ExpertiseWith a dual expertise in both business and IT, Quanteam supports its corporate clients (investment banks, asset management companies, private and retail banks, custodians, etc.) across the entire Front-to-Back spectrum in evolving their business activities and transformation projects.Our teams are organized into 5 expertise areas: Quantitative Finance Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory Operations and Finance Transformation and Organization Information SystemsIn 2025, Quanteam generated a revenue of €120 million.We are looking for a Senior Actuarial Controller (French GAAP/IFRS17)Main Tasks:- Integrate and control accounting data in databases to produce a French GAAP P&L under management view. - Prepare technical result projections during the different budget exercises: Update / Budget / Medium-Term Plan. - Perform comparative analyses between phases and prepare synthesis reports for Financial Steering, Executive Management, and the Group. - Improve and optimize production processes in collaboration with IT development teams. - Redesign the economic dashboard of France results for Business Unit Heads, adapting it to their needs and contributing to monitoring the gap between French GAAP and IFRS 17.Main Skills & Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Management Control, and Actuarial roles. - Master's degree or equivalent (>4 years). - Proficiency in financial modeling, performance analysis, measurement, and budget management. - Ability to define relevant performance indicators. - Strong skills in collecting, prioritizing, and integrating large volumes of information, processing, simplifying, and synthesizing effectively. - Knowledge of accounting rules and standards, as well as insurance sector knowledge. - Financial and tax knowledge. - Negotiation skills and ability to build and activate networks. - Ability to develop others and their skills, promoting an Agile mindset. - Proactivity, critical thinking, and results-oriented mindset. - Team spirit. - Proficiency in modeling tools and Excel; knowledge of VBA, SAS, Power BI, and Python is a plus. - Fluent in English (mandatory); operational French is a plus. - Ability to travel within and outside PortugalHybrid Role in PortoIf you feel this opportunity is for you, send your CV and join our team!
