Your work will ensure the best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), a reliable supply base, and optimized procurement processes.
Through strong supplier management, strategic negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will directly support cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and sustainable business growth.Main responsibilitiesLead strategic sourcing initiatives for industrial services and Capex, ensuring optimal TCO, assurance of supply, and alignment with business needs.Conduct market analysis, manage tendering processes, negotiate conditions, select suppliers, and lead contracting activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, monitoring performance, assessing risks, and driving improvement actions.Manage framework agreements to optimize procurement efficiency, reduce exposure to supply risks, and ensure long-term value creation.Ensure procurement processes reflect negotiation outcomes and comply with internal policies and procedures.Evaluate financial risks of critical suppliers and manage claims and contractual deviations when required.Maintain accurate and transparent data in procurement systems, ensuring full traceability of decisions and outcomes.Identify, track, and report savings, cost-avoidance initiatives, and other procurement-related benefits.Monitor market trends and innovations to continuously enhance sourcing strategies and supplier performance.Desired profile What you must have:Superior Degree in Engineering or other relevant area.Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in an industrial environment.Fluency in Portuguese and English.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Solid experience with SAP MM (preferably S/4HANA), SAP Ariba is a plus.Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.What we consider a nice to have:Experience managing framework agreements and supplier performance.Background in strategic procurement or category management.Experience with supplier risk assessment and contract management.What we offer:Culture focused on innovation and sustainability.Opportunities for personal and professional development.Attractive remuneration and benefits policy.
