The role requires collaboration, internal partnering, and a proactive approach. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to achieve or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Business Growth: Work independently and collaboratively to achieve or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
* Plan and Report for Success: Develop an annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals.
* Conduct Market Research: Identify and target competitive prospects and plan strategy to increase market share.
* Cultivate Daily Partnerships: Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ambassador while demonstrating excellence under pressure and high ethical standards.
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven Expertise: Minimum 10-15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience with a proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
* Persuasive Communicator: Excellent sales skills with high proficiency in persuasive communications and effective use of CRM.
* Results-Driven: Strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership skills.
* Proactive Approach: A hunter mentality with ability to identify and target competitive prospects.
* Languages: Portuguese & Fluent English.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of competitors is an asset.
