- Mentoring and guiding junior Controls Engineers in their professional development
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in control systems, automation, or robotics. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong technical skills, including PLC programming, HMI, and SCADA
- Attention to detail and quality, following industry standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
