Fujitsu is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Consultant. This position involves implementing, configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules to optimize HR processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving client solutions and implementation experience with large scale Recruiting/Onboarding 2.0 software deployments. They must possess a deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.
Responsibilities include configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices. The candidate will also work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions like template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles and RBP.
