Overview
Director - Providing expert Talent Solutions within Cyber Security, Software Engineering etc. An exciting 5 month contract role for an experienced QA Engineer to join an established and global testing team.
Responsibilities
* Getting hands-on with both the technical and functional sides of applications.
* Helping shape what “done” looks like by challenging and improving acceptance criteria.
* Working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and contributing to a DevOps culture.
* Automating tests using languages like Java or C#.
* Testing APIs (REST) and messaging systems (like queues).
* Using tools like Selenium or Webdriver.io for UI automation.
* Debugging and digging into issues across the tech stack to find the root cause.
* Collaborating with teammates across different countries.
* Balancing automation with smart, exploratory manual testing.
Location & Availability
These roles are based in Lisbon and you will need to be on-site two days a week. Applicants therefore must be based within commutable distance of Lisbon and fully authorised to work in Portugal.
