Supervisor for Beauty and Cosmetics Industry – German speaker
As a Supervisor for our Social Media customer service project, you’ll lead a team responsible for engaging with customers and managing inquiries through social media platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s image across social media channels. You’ll work in a collaborative, dynamic, and fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.
What you'll do
* Supervise a team of agents, ensuring high-quality responses to customer inquiries via social media;
* Oversee daily operations and ensure that the team meets performance metrics;
* Handle customer escalations and resolve issues quickly, maintaining customer satisfaction;
* Manage crisis situations and provide effective solutions in a timely manner;
* Foster engagement with customers, enhancing the brand’s presence and relationship on social media;
* Provide coaching and performance feedback to the team to ensure continuous improvement;
* Maintain proper shift scheduling to ensure team coverage from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday;
* Ensure that the team adheres to social media community management guidelines and brand tone.
What you'll need
* JUMP Certification for Supervisor completed (internal candidates only);
* Native German speaker with proficiency in English;
* Experience in social media management (community management – mandatory);
* Minimum of 1,000 followers on social media or prior experience as an influencer is a plus;
* Proven experience in team management, ideally within a customer service or social media context;
* Ability to work in shifts, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 8 PM;
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
* Experience with crisis management and managing customer interactions via social media.
