We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher of Mathematics to join our high-performing team from August 2025.
About the Role
As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a key role in fostering a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and building essential analytical and problem-solving skills. You will inspire confidence and curiosity in learners across a diverse international student body.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IB Mathematics curricula.
Foster a growth mindset and set ambitious learning goals for all students.
Differentiate instruction to support students of varying abilities, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning.
Create a positive, respectful classroom culture that promotes student well-being and confidence.
Integrate real-world applications and collaborative learning to develop critical thinking and problem-solving.
Use assessment data effectively to guide planning, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Embrace educational technology to enhance teaching and support independent learning.
Continuously reflect on and refine teaching practice through ongoing professional development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
A relevant degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
A recognised teaching qualification and proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.
Experience with international curricula such as IGCSE and IB, or a strong willingness to learn.
A genuine passion for mathematics and a commitment to student-centered learning.
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or above), both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities, with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
A clear commitment to safeguarding, student well-being, and inclusive educational practices.
