Identification of potential OEM new customers and direct ownership of customers.
Participation in listing and development and ownership of new distribution partners (sales partners, technical partners or others) in North Area.
Identify and analyze the needs of customers and prospects in order to present the full range of products and services offered by the company.
Aligned with company sales police, design and develop technical (with support of your team) and financial solutions through proposal, quotation, preliminary design and design phases negotiated with the customer with a view to establishing a contract.
With support of the Backoffice team (and Sales Manager if needed), coordinate performance of the contract, including research and development, production, logistics and any necessary adjustments.
Ensure the profitability of his/her area/customers of responsibility, oversee margins and production costs, as well as the growth and development of his/her customer portfolio.
Role of main interlocutor for customers in case of product quality problems.
Definition of annual sales targets for each client and potential customer in the region.
Participate actively on exhibition fairs and events focused on automation, drives and servos where the company can participate (as exhibitor or as attender)
Contribute new ideas on issues of digitization, IT solutions and process efficiency, within the framework of increasing sales and the quality of advice.
Aligned with company guidelines, as a local brand representative, be an active member in professional social media networks where the company is active like Linkedin.
Qualifications:
Electrical / mechanical engineering degree.
Advanced level of English. Portugese and Spanish is a must.
Analytical capacity and strong propensity for problem solving.
Excellent negotiation skills at various levels.
Over 10 years' experience in the Sales Industrial electrical equipment market.
Over 10 years' experience in distribution channel development for industrial automation.
