Our ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact and advisor for their clients, offering strategic guidance on people development to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers by facilitating demos and training around the product, actively monitoring customer engagement, and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to drive growth.
* Develop and execute strategies to optimize client engagement and achieve business goals.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the client relationship.
* Lead quarterly and annual business strategy reviews with each client, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Provide exceptional coaching and support to clients, empowering them to unlock maximum value from our platform.
* Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, bringing expertise and knowledge back to the team to inform our approach.
