Procurement Specialist-Senior
As a senior procurement specialist, you will be responsible for driving the sourcing and category management activities across various categories. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with business partners to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to identify cost-saving opportunities and align complex business requirements with supplier needs. They will also be able to execute multi-country tenders through e-sourcing platforms and drive the execution of supplier award decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract performance, and risk management
* Lead the execution of sourcing strategies for identified categories at international and/or regional levels to reduce costs
* Analyze market trends and supply chain intelligence to identify innovative opportunities
* Develop and implement data-driven procurement reports to propose cost/service improvements
* Manage stakeholder relationships to identify and prioritize sourcing needs in support of annual strategies and plans
* Define sourcing strategies to ensure delivery of services in line with business expectations
* Lead complex international projects from start to finish, including e-sourcing events and contract negotiation
