Digital Performance & Analytics Specialist Hybrid – Lisbon (2x per week onsite) Global Beverages CompanyRole overview: We're looking for aDigital Performance & Analytics Specialistto join a global beverages organization, focused onmarketing implementation, eCommerce tracking, and digital performance across B2C (and some B2B) environments.
This is a hands-on role, combining analytics with execution, where you'll own tracking architecture, data reliability, and performance insights across multiple markets.What you'll be doing: ? Leadend-to-end tracking implementation via Google Tag Manager(scripts, pixels, customer events).
Implement and optimizeeCommerce trackingacross platforms like Shopify, Magento, and Salesforce.
Design and manageData Layer structures, ensuring scalable and accurate data collection.
DriveSEO initiatives (Search Console & Bing)to improve global organic performance.
Analyzeuser behavior (Hotjar), attribution (UTMs, pixels)and digital performance across channels.
Build dashboards inLooker Studio / Power BIand support experimentation (A/B testing).
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Tech, and CX teams in a global setup.
Promote adata-driven culture, enabling teams to leverage insights for better decisions.What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience indigital analytics, marketing implementation, or performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4 / GA360)
- Google Tag Manager
- Data Layer & eCommerce tracking
- Looker Studio / Power BI
- SEO tools (Search Console, Bing)
- A/B Testing & experimentationNice to have:
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud
- Knowledge of BigQuery, Google Cloud, SQL
