Our client is a multinational asset management company working on the implementation of a new hub in Porto.
Descrição
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions;
- Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring issue resolution and client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service delivery;
- Lead regular service reviews and participate in board meetings, including minute-taking,
- Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, supporting their integration into business strategies;
- Facilitate communication across departments and oversee projects such as fund launches, liquidations, and migrations;
- Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients;
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and propose new services aligned with client needs.
Perfil ideal
- University degree in Finance;
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a ManCo/AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory;
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular 18/698);
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, in a dynamic and regulated environment;
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Fluency in English and Italian;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
- Experience with CRM software.
