The Successful Applicant Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration or a scientific discipline.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales leadership, or relevant pharmaceutical roles.
Proven track record in launching hospital-based products.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Experience in Regulatory Affairs is considered beneficial.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
