As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients. This is your opportunity to create lasting partnerships, deliver exceptional value, and play a pivotal role in our continued success!

What You’ll Do:

* Drive Business Growth: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and work strategically to expand our partnerships through upselling, cross-selling, and value-driven solutions.
* Lead the Charge on Account Strategy: Develop customized account plans that align with both the client’s objectives and our company’s goals. Be the driving force behind account success!
* Problem-Solving and Innovation: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges, acting as the key point of contact to keep things moving forward. Your proactive approach will ensure that we consistently deliver value.
* Deliver Exceptional Service: Make sure our clients feel valued, supported, and engaged at every touchpoint. Your dedication to their success will be at the core of everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:

* Relationship Building Skills: You’re a natural at building trust and rapport with clients at all levels. Your people skills are second to none!
* Proven Sales Acumen: You have a track record of success in sales or account management, and you’re always looking for ways to increase revenue and grow accounts.
* Problem-Solving Ability: When challenges arise, you thrive in finding innovative solutions that benefit both the client and the business.
* Excellent Communication Skills: You’re comfortable presenting ideas, negotiating deals, and influencing decision-makers with ease.
* Team Player: You love collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional results and solve complex challenges.
* If you speak more than one language, you are beyond expectations!
* Previous experience in the automotive industry would be great.
