Let\'s get in touch.What You'll Be DoingPartnering with departments and functions to assess and build resilient operationsSupporting our global entities with their local operational resilience requirementsDesigning, implementing, and testing contingency plans, including business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, crisis management procedures, and scenario playbooksLeading our group stress testing programme, designing complex failure scenarios, and putting the business through its paces in simulationsSupporting executives during crisis events to protect our customers and the companyConducting lessons-learned activities following major events to continually improve our proceduresWorking closely with our Product and Data teams to build a world-class resiliency functionUsing data and quantitative analysis to understand our business operations and implement resilience strategiesProviding regular reports to senior management on the status of business continuity initiatives and recommended improvementsMonitoring emerging risks and industry trends, adapting resilience strategies to evolving threats and business needsWhat You'll NeedA bachelor's degree in business administration, risk management, or related field6+ years of experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within the financial industryA solid understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to operational resilience and continuity planningExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsImpeccable communication, deal-making, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in relevant tools and technologies used for risk assessment, resilience, and continuity planningNice to haveBasic SQL skillsA Business Continuity Institute AccreditationExperience implementing regulatory frameworks for operational resilience, including Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and FCA PS21/3#J-18808-Ljbffr
