The Commercial Manager will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Director in all activities related to the company's commercial management. This professional will act as the right hand of the Commercial Director, helping to implement sales strategies, track results, and manage relationships with clients and partners. The Commercial Manager will ensure that commercial operations run efficiently, driving sales growth and strengthening commercial relationships, and will be the direction back-up.
Responsibilities
* Support to the Commercial Director: Assist the Commercial Director creating and executing commercial strategies, performance reports, and managing the sales team.
* Tracking Goals and Results: Monitor key commercial performance indicators, analyzing sales results, and proposing improvements to achieve the established objectives.
* Relationship Management: Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Sales Team Coordination: Support the Director in coordinating the commercial team, providing feedback, guidance, and assistance in achieving sales targets.
* Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and competitor movements, proposing adjusted commercial strategies.
* Developing Reports: Prepare reports on commercial performance, sales, and revenue forecasts, providing insights that help in strategic decision-making.
* Support in Negotiations: Participate in complex commercial negotiations and contracts, supporting the Commercial Director in decisions involving major clients or strategic partnerships.
* Internal Process Coordination: Collaborate in optimizing commercial processes, focusing on efficiency in sales operations, customer service, and logistics. e.
Profile
* Degree in business administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience in commercial areas, with a focus on sales and client relationship management.
* Familiarity with market analysis, sales management, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
* Advanced skills in Excel and data management tools.
* Ability to lead teams and efficiently manage sales processes.
* English Proficiency.
* French Proficiency.
* Availability to travel both nationally and internationally.
