With projects in Nearshore, Time & Material, Service Management, and Tech Academies, you will find opportunities to learn, innovate, and grow in your career.Key Responsibilities: Design, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce applications Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce environments Validate business requirements and ensure proper system behavior Identify, document, and track defects using testing and project management tools Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery Support UAT phases and ensure alignment with business expectations Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and continuous improvement of QA processes Ensure compliance with best practices in software testing and quality assuranceRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as a Software Tester, with hands-on experience in Salesforce environments Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes Experience with test management and defect tracking tools Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective test cases Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Fluency in English, both spoken and writtenNice to Have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) Experience with test automation tools Familiarity with Agile methodologiesWhy Join Us?
