Job Title
As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving project management activities that support business growth and excellence.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with experience in structuring complex projects. You will be skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communication, with excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
The successful candidate will drive project management activities such as task coordination, resource allocation, data analysis, progress monitoring, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and risk management.
* Drive project management activities including task coordination, resource allocation, data analysis, progress monitoring, stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and risk management.
* Support finance teams in project scoping, roadmap definition, process KPI identification, and initiative overview.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
* Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or project management.
* 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in project management and process owner teams.
* Knowledge of Lean principles and tools, such as PDCA, SIPOC, and 5S.
* Digital tech savvy profile with experience in Sharepoint, Power automate, and SmartSheet.
* Exceptional presentation skills and ability to address different levels of the organization.
* Experience in services sector and SAP ECC & S/4 Hana architecture is a plus.
