We are looking for a Network Engineer to join a long-term project within the life sciences, diagnostics, and laboratory automation sector, a global industry focused on advancing healthcare innovation through highly automated lab technologies and precision systems.
In this role, you will support and operate complex enterprise‑level network environments that underpin mission‑critical scientific and healthcare technologies used worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and troubleshooting of Cisco LAN/WLAN (Catalyst switches, APs, WLCs).
Management of network security components (firewalls, VPN, proxies).
Operation of Cisco ISE (802.1X, profiling, access control).
Use of Cisco DNA Center for automation, compliance, and monitoring.
Monitoring, reporting, and maintaining network performance and compliance.
Coordination of small infrastructure projects and tasks with multiple stakeholders.
Support in improving processes, service quality, and ITSM activities.
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VPN.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco ISE, DNA Center, switches, WLAN controllers.
Understanding of MS Entra, SAML, PKI.
Understanding of Active Directory components (DNS, replication, Kerberos/NTLM, SPNs).
Experience with network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPN, proxy).
Experience with network configuration management and automation tools.
