Prescription Pilates is the leader in dynamic Reformer Pilates-a high-energy blend of movement, music, and community. Founded in Lisbon, we're expanding with new studios nationally and internationally. The Role
You will own the brand's content strategy end-to-end and be hands-on in execution. From editorial planning to publishing and performance, you'll shape the stories that define Prescription across social, the weekly newsletter, and the blog. Expect a healthy mix of strategic thinking and on-the-ground creation-including regular time in our studios to capture what makes our experience unique.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Editorial
* Build and own the editorial calendar across Instagram, newsletter (weekly), and blog.
* Define content pillars, messaging, and tone; create playbooks and guidelines.
* Plan blog themes and SEO-friendly outlines; map newsletter narratives to product and community moments.
Creation & Production
* Commission, script, and produce short-form studio content; coordinate with instructors and studio ops.
* Write and edit bilingual (PT/EN) copy for posts, weekly newsletter, and blog.
* Maintain brand voice and visual coherence across all assets.
Distribution & Community
* Ship the weekly newsletter on schedule; manage lists, segments, and basic automations.
* Publish to social with consistency; engage comments/DMs in brand voice (PT/EN).
* Repurpose content intelligently across channels and formats.
Measurement & Optimisation
* Set KPIs for reach, engagement, CTR, sign-ups, and conversions.
* Report weekly insights; run A/B tests (subject lines, hooks, thumbnails, send times).
* Iterate quickly based on data and qualitative feedback.
Collaboration
* Partner with Founder/Head of Marketing on launches, partnerships, and PR moments.
* Coordinate with designers/photographers when needed; manage asset libraries and tagging.
* Ensure privacy/consent standards are met during in-studio capture.
You'll Thrive Here If You
* Hold a Master's degree and have 2+ years in content/marketing roles.
* Are an exceptional writer-editor with a portfolio spanning newsletter, blog, and social.
* Operate comfortably between strategy and execution-from content roadmap to final publish.
* Are fluent to native in Portuguese and English (written & spoken, required).
* Know your way around basic tools (e.g., Canva/Adobe Rush or similar), a CMS (WordPress/Webflow), email platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Customer.io), and analytics (GA4, Meta analytics).
* Are organised, deadline-driven, and energized by fast feedback loops.
Nice to have (not required): basic SEO knowledge; simple HTML for email; experience with paid social; experience coordinating small shoots.

* A clear editorial strategy and monthly calendar in place.
* Weekly newsletter shipping on time with improving open/click rates.
* Blog cadence up and running with SEO-informed articles and internal linking.
* A lightweight reporting template and testing roadmap (subject lines, hooks, formats).
