The Challenge
We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to lead, grow and elevate a high-performing residential commercial team in Lisbon.
This role is for someone who wants more than managing deals.
It's for a leader who wants to shape a team, define a strategy and make a mark in the market.
What you will lead
Build and lead a top-tier residential sales team, setting standards, pace and ambition.
Own the commercial strategy for residential sales in Lisbon, aligned with market opportunities and Savills' global positioning.
Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pipeline management to negotiation and closing.
Set, track and exceed KPIs, with a strong focus on performance, accountability and results.
Support and lead complex negotiations, high-value clients and strategic mandates.
Create a culture of excellence, discipline and commercial hunger.
Work closely with marketing, research and operational teams, leveraging Savills' full structure to maximize impact.
Identify new market opportunities, trends and competitive gaps — and act on them fast.
This is a role for someone who wants to win market share, not just manage what already exists.
Who will succeed in this role
Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams (residential real estate preferred).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
Natural leader and motivator, capable of building trust, discipline and high performance.
Sharp commercial mindset, with strategic and analytical thinking.
Excellent negotiation, communication and client management skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
High level of professionalism, resilience and ambition.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus).
