Overview A coordination role responsible for the receipt, storage, picking, warehouse operation, and route planning for order preparation and distribution. The position ensures customer service, cost minimization, and integration with the company's supply‐chain quality, safety, and environmental standards.Reporting Regional Warehouse & Distribution ManagerLocation BombarralResponsibilitiesControl allocation of resources for picking, loading/unloading and warehouse space.Ensure product is stored in accordance with company and group safety and hygiene standards.Control compliance with the delivery schedule set by the Sales area.Adhere to the timing set for truck loading and unloading.Manage daily, monthly and quarterly stock counts.Prepare and monitor the seasonal labour budget (internal or temporary staff) based on the sales plan.Coordinate the Distribution Team's daily activities, allocating resources to required routes.Manage routes and load planning using the company's system.Monitor daily traffic management within the assigned area.Maintain service levels by ensuring on‐time delivery to customers.Implement, monitor and present regular KPI reports related to logistical efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze processes and flows within the area of responsibility to identify improvement opportunities.QualificationsDegree in a relevant field (preferred).1‐3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG companies.Experience in team management and business KPI analysis.Professional experience in distribution, warehouse, and stock management.Good computer skills.Stakeholder management.Leadership and team management skills.Autonomy and priority management.Possession of the legal documents required for subordinate work in Portugal at the time of application.Equal Opportunity We welcome all candidates and are committed to equal opportunity and inclusion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
