At Finsolutia, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to drive client prospection and acquisition efforts in the Portuguese market. This role is central to our go-to-market strategy as we scale our B2B SaaS mortgage brokerage platform.
Working closely with the Sales Development and Revenue teams, you’ll be on the front lines identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.

What’s your role in this journey?
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage new B2B prospects (mortgage brokers), qualify leads, and build a healthy pipeline through outbound and inbound strategies.
2. Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position our platform as the solution through product demos, tailored pitches, and value-driven conversations.
3. Deal Management: Own the entire sales cycle—from discovery to closing. Collaborate closely with conversion and onboarding teams to ensure smooth negotiations and initial product adoption.
4. Market Feedback: Work with Product, Revenue, and Customer Success to relay customer insights and influence product development and positioning.
5. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM. Track performance against KPIs and provide clear reporting to leadership.
6. Sales Enablement: Contribute to the development of sales materials, case studies, battle cards, and competitive analyses.
What do we expect from you?
* Native-level Portuguese (PT) and good English communication skills.
* 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on enterprise clients, preferably in the Fintech, Proptech, or SaaS space.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in tech or financial software.
* Good understanding of a consultative sales approach; experience selling complex solutions/platforms.
* Ability to tailor messaging for both C-level executives and operational stakeholders.
* Comfortable using CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Odoo, HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, Snov.io).
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized.

* Familiarity with mortgage, consumer, or automotive credit solutions and their legal frameworks, from the lender's or consumer’s point of view.
