Position: Senior Security Architect
We are seeking a Senior Security Architect to join our Closer team and take on new challenges.
Technical Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related IT field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with roles as a Security Architect or Security Engineer.
3. Strong background in designing and implementing security solutions on both on-premises and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
4. Deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and network security architecture.
5. Experience with security operations, SIEM tools, and incident response processes.
6. Understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application security best practices.
7. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python or PowerShell.
8. Familiarity with securing Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
9. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards, including PSD2, EBA, and GDPR.
10. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
11. Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive initiatives across teams.
12. Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
13. Fluent in Portuguese (C1) and proficient in English (B1 or higher).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement security strategies to strengthen the bank's security posture.
2. Lead security projects, including vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
3. Conduct threat monitoring to stay ahead of cybersecurity threats.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and regulations.
*Residency in Portugal is required. The position is based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model.
