Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Management of service requests and evolving requests;
Ensuring the registration and prioritization of service requests;
Management of conflicts between requests;
Formal delivery of the respective requests to all environments.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management;
Previous experience working with distributed software systems.;
Knowledge of software management cycles;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
