As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join our Human Resources & Business Services department.
Your main purpose will be to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities for allocated scopes of businesses, proposing and executing suitable recruitment strategies, sourcing activities, talent mapping, and networking to identify top talents.
Key skills include 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, understanding of Talent Acquisition drivers, record of accomplishment of successful recruiting at different levels, exposure to digital and social media as Talent Acquisition tools, collaboration with stakeholders, and an understanding of the corporate culture.
