Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Operational Excellence Expert with proven experience to promote and develop process management and optimization in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Organization's performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in OPEX projects, promoting improvements in quality, efficiency, and capacity, with a view to reducing costs.
* Execute continuous improvement projects resulting in a positive impact on the business.
* Plan, execute, and document the strategy for all process improvement and lean initiatives across the organization.
* Provide the technical support necessary for the operational efficiency of the project.
* Promote the use of support tools and techniques in order to achieve sustainable continuous improvement and value creation.
* Develop the necessary reports to monitor the financial results of the project.
* Provide training, whenever necessary.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Management.
* Preferably with previous experience in similar positions
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Proficiency in IT tools from a user perspective
* Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
* Organization, dynamism, initiative, and responsibility
* Good communication skills
* Critical thinking
