What will you do
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify analyse and document requirements in ServiceNow;
Analyse existing processes identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement;
Recommend best practices to streamline incident problem change and asset management processes within ServiceNow;
Ensure alignment with ITIL framework and organizational policies;
Serve as a liaison between business users and ServiceNow development team;
5 years Hands-on experience in the Business Analyst role on the ServiceNow platform;
Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform;
Experienced in ITSM and CSM;
Fluent English;
Agility is needed SAFe knowledge is a plus.
