We are looking for an Amazing: French speaker Application Support
Seniority: Mid level - Senior
Type of position: Hybrid (2x/week at Lisbon office)
The amazing you will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in IT Support/Application Support.
* Hands-on experience with application support in both Windows and Linux environments.
* Experience with ticketing tools (Active Directory, and Jira/Snow) and incident management processes.
* Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
* Experience with SQL.
* Familiarity with monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and resolution.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
* Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve their issues.
* Fluency in French is mandatory.
