SAP FI/CO Consultant | Data Migration & Implementation (Remote)

to join international SAP programs and AMS teams, supporting
SAP S/4HANA implementations
,
finance process optimization
, and
end-to-end FI data migration & transformation
. This role combines strong functional expertise in FI/CO with a hands-on and analytical approach to financial data accuracy, reconciliation and cutover readiness.
Skills:
??
4+ years of SAP FICO experience
, with solid FI background (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and integration with CO;
?? SAP FI implementation lifecycle:
business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, end-user training and production support
;
?? Experience with
SAP FI Data Migration
activities: data extraction, mapping to target structures, cleansing, validation & reconciliation;
?? Understanding of finance data structures and processes (Cost Centers, P&L, Balance Sheet);
?? Supporting
trial loads, cutover support and post-migration validation
;
?? Analytical mindset — able to engineer and validate finance transformations based on FI configuration;
??
Advanced Excel
(complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query);
??
SQL
for querying and validating financial datasets;
?? Fluent English.
Nice to have:
? Knowledge in
IDOCs, LSMW, authorization roles
;
? Experience creating functional specs and supporting
ABAP team
(debugging is a plus);
?
S/4HANA
experience;
? Experience with AMS and working with
onshore/offshore multicultural teams
.
Your Responsibilities:
? Conduct SAP FICO process configuration to meet business requirements, including integration points with
SD/MM and other modules
;
? Act as
Finance Process & Data Transformation Lead
, coordinating closely with Finance and IT teams for requirements gathering and solution alignment;
? Identify opportunities to improve business operations using new SAP functions;
? Identify root causes and propose solutions for recurrent issues (incident/problem management);
? Support FI data migration end-to-end:
extraction, mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, trial loads and cutover
;
? Perform rigorous testing and support configuration changes impacting areas outside SAP FI;
? Update and maintain SAP documentation / knowledge base and contribute to continuous improvement;
? Train and spread knowledge across global teams;
? Available for punctual travel when needed;
? Work in Agile environments and collaborate across stakeholders.
