About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager for Portugal, you will play a key role in driving profitable business growth and strengthening our brand positioning in the Portuguese market.
You will be responsible for leading the product marketing strategy across multiple IT business lines, ensuring a differentiated value proposition and the successful implementation of the regional strategy locally.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the local marketing plan aligned with regional priorities and commercial objectives.
LeadProduct Marketingactivities for multiple IT business lines, including product positioning, value proposition development, competitive analysis, and creation of sales enablement materials.
Develop and manage strategic content (presentations, key messaging, case studies, digital materials, sales assets, etc.).
Support the allocation and management of resources.
Collect, analyze and interpret market insights, trends and competitive data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Drive demand generation by acquiring and qualifying leads, optimizing CRM usage and pipeline conversion.
Plan and execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns in collaboration with commercial teams.
Define, build and optimize the digital sales funnel to support new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in Product Marketing or marketing within the IT sector.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
Previous experience working with CRM systems.
Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and Office productivity tools.
Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
Empathetic, proactive, analytical, solution-oriented and results-driven, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
