What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in senior Information Security leadership roles within complex or global environments
* Strong, broad expertise across Security Operations, GRC, incident response, cloud security, and IAM
* Demonstrated ability to develop security strategy and translate it into executable plans that endure beyond the contract
* Comfortable balancing strategic leadership, governance, and hands-on delivery
* A confident communicator able to engage effectively with engineers, executives, auditors, legal teams, and external stakeholders
* Able to hit the ground running, take ownership, and deliver sustainable results quickly in a contract setting
What You'll Do
* Own and lead global security operations, monitoring, and response capabilities
* Define, develop, and execute the organization's security strategy, ensuring it supports long-term business growth and resilience
* Design and implement foundational security roadmaps and plans that will shape the company's security posture for years to come
* Strengthen proactive defence, detection, and security engineering capabilities
* Lead and mature Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across the enterprise
* Act as the senior lead for incident response, coordinating across technical, legal, and executive teams
* Provide technical governance across security architecture, standards, and best practices
* Champion security awareness and culture across the global organization
* Serve as a trusted security advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions that affect the future direction and longevity of the business
