Be risk aware and help identify, report, mitigate and track risks in the payroll delivery process. Support employee/manager queries when the Payroll Specialist don't be present Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. Supporting for all Coloplast in the monthly payroll process. Managing/supporting electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets. Providing administrative assistance according to timekeeper to the Payroll Specialist. Performing their job in compliance with the guidelines given Drawing attention to the payroll specialist/manager to any difficulties in understanding or following the guidelines Drawing attention to inefficiency of the system Essential QualificationsAny graduation in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred, specialized in payroll is an advantage. Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations and labour legislation. Experience working with different shifts payments. 2+ years of experience working in a payroll process. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs. Knowledge in Time Keeping Systems (SAP certified) will be a plus. Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong numerical and analytical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good time management and organizational skills. Able to prioritize and multitask effectively. High degree of personal ownership on all areas of own responsibilities. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. High level of integrity.
