Applydata analysis and visualization techniquesto generate actionable insights and support decision-making. Collaborate closely with thedevelopment teamto ensure high scalability of analytical engines and optimize code performance in terms ofRAM, CPU cores, and overall IT resource usage. RunPython-based analytical engineson a regular basis ( monthly, weekly, daily) for use cases such asDirect Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Automate recurring execution phases of analytical models to improve efficiency and consistency across countries. Build, execute, and automateETL processesusingPython and SQLto support analytical and business needs. Develop and improvedata quality controls, ensuring standardization of processes and analyses. Ensure a high level ofdelivery quality, accuracy, and reliability in all analytical outputs. Collect, monitor, and visualizeKPIsrelated to the performance of in-house models and analytical solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of the team's analytical capabilities, model efficiency, and operational robustness.Profile: Senior professional with strong experience inData Science,analytical modelling, anddata-driven problem solving. Strong expertise inPythonfor analytics, automation, and model execution. Strong knowledge ofSQLand experience building and automatingETL processes. Experience optimizing analytical code and models forperformance, scalability, and efficient resource consumption. Hands-on experience withmarketing analyticsuse cases such asDirect Marketing, Inbound Marketing, and MMMis highly valued. Strong experience indata quality control, process standardization, and analytical governance. Ability to work with large datasets and translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions. Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality delivery. Experience withdata visualizationand KPI monitoring is a plus.
