Financial Analyst - Financial Systems
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our team in analyzing and improving financial systems, ensuring they align with business needs.
We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in SAP FICO and S/4HANA to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to document financial processes, define future-state processes, and configure SAP FICO modules to support business requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document financial processes, and define future-state processes in alignment with S/4HANA best practices.
* System Design and Configuration: Configure SAP FICO modules (FI - Financial Accounting and CO - Controlling) to support business needs, including designing chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, and posting periods.
* Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP), and handle integrations with external systems like banks, tax software, or data warehouses.
* Training and Documentation: Create user manuals and training material, and conduct end-user training sessions.
* Post-Go-Live Support: Troubleshoot issues after the system goes live, and ensure the stabilization of FICO processes in the production environment.
Required Skills and Competencies:
* SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep knowledge of S/4HANA FICO, familiarity with Fiori apps for finance, and experience with SAP Activate Methodology for implementation.
* FI Submodules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
* CO Submodules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
* SAP Tools: Experience with migration tools like LTMC or Migration Cockpit.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, and experience working in a dynamic environment.
