P2P Business Analyst Job Description
This role streamlines supply management processes for operations through a lean approach, focusing on process improvement under shared finance and supply chain responsibility. The scope is regional, initially concentrating on European regions.
You will analyze current supply management processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Close collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams will lead to the development of streamlined and standardized processes that reduce administrative burdens, improve communication, and shorten lead times for tasks like order processing and invoicing.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selecting and onboarding a team to conduct a root cause analysis for European countries.
* MAPPING ROOT CAUSE AND COUNTRY SPECIFICITIES TO IDENTIFY COMMONALITIES.
* Drafting and proposing a plan of concrete actions to improve current processes on topics such as PR/PO approval lead time and compliance, invoice matching, and vendor creation process simplification in ERP or supporting systems.
A key aspect of this role involves continuous improvement, monitoring performance indicators, enforcing standard practices, and collaborating on IT solutions. By taking a proactive approach, you will ensure efficient, scalable, and aligned supply management processes with global best practices.
