Key Responsibilities
Client acquisition and commercial relationship management
Define strategy and identify business development opportunities
Project oversight and key decision making
Manage revenue pipeline and objectives
Lead multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, construction)
Allocate and distribute projects
Ensure delivery to clients
Global and individual team performance management
Set career progression goals
Key Challenges
Develop service philosophy and business model for new area
Establish the company as a national leader in this segment
Increase business volume in construction and architecture
Qualifications
Commercial and leadership profile
Strong technical background in Architecture, project management or construction
Business acumen and ability to develop business plans
7–20 years of experience
Leadership and team management experience
Higher education in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Complementary training in management or real-estate valued
Compensation & Benefits
Permanent contract
Annual gross salary 60,000€–90,000€ depending on experience
