- Monitoring of premises costs in certain regions in conjunction with the General Resources teams
- Budget preparation and management for different departments
- Calculation of re-invoicing to subsidiaries (monthly invoicing and quarterly adjustments)
- Monitoring the cost of real estate projects
- Budgetary control for the General Resources / Purchasing department
Perfil ideal
- Degree in finance, economics, or management
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar areas of expertise
- Fluent in German (optional) and English
- Knowledge in SAP FI/CO (not mandatory)
- Experienced in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
