Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
You will be part of an international team responsible for managing various suppliers across Europe for 14 Bosch Home Comfort plants.
* As Supplier Responsible, you will manage and develop your supplier base to achieve high results in:
* Material Costs: Lead annual price negotiations and initiate and lead commercial projects like supplier changes.
* Delivery: Support the Logistics Team if suppliers face challenges in fulfilling demands.
* Quality: Continuously improve supplier quality performance in collaboration with the Purchasing Quality Team.
* Evaluate and ensure suppliers have appropriate capacities.
* Manage tooling life and engineering changes.
* Oversee tool purchase activities, ensuring transparency in costs.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
Experience: Ideally 2 years as a Buyer or Purchasing Engineer.
Knowledge:
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Supply chain management expertise.
Personality and work style: A strong team player with an analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
