We are partnering with Airbus on a Global Businesses Services initiative in Lisbon and require an Integrated Business Process PMO specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Project Manager in designing and implementing processes and tools.
* Collaborate with internal finance partners to define and roll out digital solutions, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, coordinating with IT teams, and preparing for testing and user acceptance.
* Act as a referee for solution maintenance, supporting user requests and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Work with a cross-functional team to identify business deliverables that contribute to sustainability goals and shape the Finance Transformation sustainability roadmap.
Sustainability Impact:
* Address sustainability impacts across the entire finance organization, including reporting, planning, funding & investments, tax, compliance, etc.
* Contribute information to governance body decisions on Sustainability in Airbus.
Requirements:
* Advanced degree in Economics or Finance.
* Proven experience in system implementation, such as reporting, planning, or ERPs.
* Experience in Project Management.
* Curiosity about sustainability (ESG) and its integration into financial practices.
* A customer and digital mindset with ability to turn business requirements into IT specifications.
* Collaborative and inclusive work style to integrate a team with diverse profiles and objectives.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
* Negotiation level of English; French, German, Spanish also appreciated.
