Job Description
* The successful candidate will oversee the management of a significant annual portfolio, providing strategic direction and guidance to project managers.
* This role requires strong leadership skills, with experience in managing mixed portfolios of projects and programmes, as well as introducing or maturing PPM methodologies.
* The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated success in project, programme and/or portfolio management, with at least 3 years leading a PMO/PPM function.
* Background in e-commerce or high-volume B2C/B2B digital businesses, preferably with hands-on experience introducing or maturing PPM methodologies.
* PfMP or Agile/SAFe certification, with fluency in English (company working language) and advanced knowledge of portfolio & project management best practice.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field, with PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
