This key role involves responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing fast, clear, and professional communication, and resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally;
 * Building trust and satisfaction by handling problems effectively and documenting customer interactions and feedback;
 * Providing insights to internal teams based on customer feedback and helping improve service quality, product features, and user experience;
 * Supporting order processing and post-sales activities to ensure smooth execution of transactions and follow-ups;
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
 * 5 years of experience in similar job responsibilities;
 * Proven experience in customer relationship management, invoicing process, logistics, and transportation acumen;
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
 * Planning and analytical skills;
 * English proficiency both speaking and writing - mandatory.
